I am so proud to be humble
So perfectly sure that I’m good
I have the kind of demeanor
I really know all Christians should
Unlike my less sensitive brethren
Who remain unaware of their faults
I keep myself well attuned
To the do’s and the don’ts and the ought’s
When it comes to good manners I’m keen
I open the door for old ladies
I allow the infirmed the best seats
I smile at loud crying babies
Humility is just one of my good points
With the others, I could fill volumes of books
Don’t ask others what think of me
This sin is more deadly than it looks
James 4:6 “God resists the proud,
But gives grace to the humble
